The English language written usually has major flaws. It seems the language is written by a language translator who is not a subject expert at the same time. The translation is also of a mechanical nature. Subject vocabulary is grossly missing in translated English composition. A twin person - translator and subject expert - could do that far better. When an international English reader reads such translations, it is easily understood and detected that the text was translated, not organically composed by an expert. Our editing work fill such gaps in the language composition and making the write-up structurally aligned to the vocabulary of the subject of particular paper. Many a times, sentences are translated into a long and complex structures, which make it further ambiguous and beyond comprehension.
The presentation of data in written papers lacks coherence in general. For example, if author uses a comma in the figures at one location, he/she needs to use the same comma style everywhere in the data. All should be uniform. Likewise, if he/she opts using 1 or 2 digits after the decimal point, he/she is required to maintain same everywhere. Symmetry is required. Authors make common mistakes of writing one data in one unit, and another same type of data in different unit. For example, area or distance is expressed in km at one location and in mile at the other location. Tabulation and presentation of data in tables are frequently odd and haphazard.
Most common mistakes are made in presenting citations, references and explanatory notes. A number of citations in the body text have no full references in the Reference list. At number of locations, the citations (and corresponding references) are missing.

Because this editing is so thorough, manuscripts submitted for Advanced Editing are guaranteed to be accepted by publisher on language grounds (acceptance on other grounds cannot be guaranteed yet). We provide advanced editing service in three variants:
1 round of advanced editing: Some texts need only one round of intensive advanced editing and can thus be improved by the author(s) to the level of acceptance.
2 rounds of advanced editing: Even when the author(s) improve the texts followed by 1st round of advanced editing, the revised texts still need 2nd round of intensive advanced editing in many cases. The author(s) is/are asked to improve the text further based on the comments or suggestions during 2nd round of editing.
3 rounds of advanced editing: In sporadic cases, a 3rd of intensive advanced editing is required for same text that crossed previously through 2 rounds of advanced editing. After 3rd round of advanced editing of the same text, the author(s) revise(s) text once again. Usually, such texts come into acceptable shape after 3 rounds of advanced editing.

Process: During initial discussion to avail English Language Editing Service, our editors will give an assessment of your texts after examining it. Once you agree to get our service, an Agreement Email will be sent by you to Emsha Publications along with 50% advance payment. Interactive conversations will continue between you and the concerned editor regarding your text, and you will be revising your text based on the track changes suggestions and comments given by the editor. Later, once final round of editing is completed, you will be required to transfer remaining payment as per agreement.
Payment: Both the interim and final payments will be done to Emsha Publications using the Online Payment Gateway or other method as suggested by the editor or Service. An invoice will be sent to you on completion of the job. This language editing cost is fully independent of the APC for article publishing.
